Credits, billing and plans
Plans are billed yearly. Your plan includes credits every month, and a prepaid balance covers anything beyond them.

Prices in US dollars are $319 for Pro and $1,309 per seat for Team. VAT is added where it applies. Enterprise adds SSO and SCIM, invoice billing, a custom number of seats, a dedicated contact person, an uptime SLA, data stored in the EU and an audit log.
How credits work
Credits measure the work Appmake does. Planning is free. A small edit uses about one credit, a full first build uses more. The credits per step depend on the model and the effort:

Prepaid balance and auto-refill
When your plan's credits run out, Appmake keeps working from your prepaid balance. It works like a top-up card: add at least €10 and it is charged straight away. Work pauses when the balance is empty.
Turn on auto-refill to top up automatically. You choose the amount and the threshold, for example add €25 when the balance is below €5. You get a receipt by email each time.
Renewal and failed payments
Your plan renews automatically each year. If a payment fails, Appmake tries again for 7 days. After that, building pauses, and your published apps stay online for 30 days while you update the card.
Invoices
Invoices are in Billing. Add your company name, VAT number, country and billing email so invoices show the right details. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.
